Quality you can defend at the chair.
A timeline you can schedule around.

The due date is part of the prescription, not a wish at the end of an email.
One rule: nothing leaves the lab until contacts, margins, and occlusion have been checked.

How quality is held

Digital design with thickness and contact control. Milling and sintering to the material protocol. Hand finishing and verification on the model / articulator. Photo-check of critical zones before packing.

How timelines are held

The date is locked at intake. If data is missing, the case does not sit in silence — you get a list of what to send. If the date moves, the message goes out the day it becomes clear — not the night before try-in.

Turnaround

Times depend on the restoration type, the completeness of the Rx, and current load. The exact date is set on the case. Rush slots exist by agreement — they do not replace the standard.

Better to move a day and say so than to hit the date with work the chair will have to remake.
